Post Master’s Certificate in Nursing Leadership - On Teach Out Starting Summer 2026
As of the Summer 2026 semester, the Post Master's Certificate in Nursing Leadership is no longer accepting new students. Current students have been placed on a structured teach-out plan until they have finished their degree requirements at Mercy College.
Mercy College of Ohio offers a Post-Master’s Certificate in Nursing Leadership, consisting of four specialty courses in nursing leadership (12 credit hours) that will prepare master’s educated nurses to be leaders across healthcare settings and in leadership roles. Coursework focuses on the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) Nurse Leader Core Competencies.
